When I first met you I knew we’d hit it off well. You had told me a lot about yourself, including your high level of experience in the restaurant business. That alone made it easier for me to put my trust in your hands because I know you are very knowledgeable in this field and can relate and help with things I may be unsure of. I know you would NEVER lead me in the wrong direction which is why your guidance is exceptional.
