Without you this deal would never happened and I truly mean that:))).
Things are certainly moving into right direction. Finally!!! (The buyer) has started her training yesterday and she is giving resignation notices to her current employers and soon will be in the restaurant full time learning from guys. I will wait to hear from (The attorney). As far as I remember he was requesting executed contract which is not in my possession yet. Will stay in touch.
