This is a rare opportunity to quickly become a major owner of a Tier 1 franchise company, in a great state. This is a young network with all locations being built over the past 8 years. Ownership does not live in the state and recently completed their aggressive development schedule. Their geography, other business interests/focus, and focus on development leave plenty of room to increase performance of this network.
